What Your Warranty Covers
RainDrop® has been in the field since 2000, and the warranty was raised from 10 to 20 years in 2014 because the product simply keeps performing. Here's what that means for you.
20 Years of Coverage
Your RainDrop® Gutter Guard System is protected for 20 years from the date of installation, far outlasting the time most homeowners spend in one home.
Transferable to a New Owner
If you sell your home, the warranty can be transferred one time to the new owner, you (or they) just need to notify RainDrop® within 30 days of the closing date. Buyers know the gutters are covered, not just claimed to be.

First installed in 2000, still working. The warranty extended to 20 years because the field data supported it. RainDrop stands behind what it builds.
Registered Installer
We're a Registered RainDrop® Installer, listed in their official registry. Your installation meets manufacturer standards, which is required to keep the warranty valid.

What's Not Covered
Every real warranty has boundaries, here's RainDrop®'s, straight from their October 2020 warranty document, so there are no surprises later.
Storm & Weather Damage
Coverage excludes damage from extreme weather or other natural/man-made forces beyond everyday conditions, major storms, falling limbs, and similar events. Standard across every gutter guard warranty in the industry.
Property or Injury Claims
The warranty covers the RainDrop® guard system itself, materials and performance. It doesn't cover any resulting property damage or injury.
Claims Must Be Timely
If an issue comes up, it needs to be reported to RainDrop® in writing within 30 days of noticing it.
Remedy Is Prorated
If a claim is approved, RainDrop® repairs, replaces, or refunds at their discretion, based on the prorated value of the years remaining on your 20-year term, not a full replacement cost. Standard for long-term material warranties.
Don't Forget Registration
The warranty must be registered within 30 days of installation. We take care of this, or walk you through it, at the end of every job. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase, and you're covered.
